Room was really nice, comfortable and lots of space for family, sofa bed was better than most. Full kitchen was great for breakfasts. Game room and barbecue area/gardens were cool.

Staff was very accommodating, as I have a disability & we traveled with a newborn & needed a lower floor. The rooms are well insulated & curtains are nearly blackout; set an alarm- it's easy to oversleep. Beds were heavenly, as were the giant tubs (granddaughter loved her nightly baths) [as a plus, Crabtree & Evelyn hygiene products are used]. We used the kitchen constantly, & it was nice that dish cleaning products (including dishwasher pods) were provided- a real money saver.
